The owner of the coupon has the pleasure of selecting any service within our product and service portfolio. The voucher is issued in both a physical and digital format.
The voucher is valid for a year of purchase. If the services rendered do not reach the value of the coupon no monetary reimbursement for the balance will be made.
The owner of the voucher is entitled for a full refund if Chez STHLM is not able to offer service. If Chez STHLM is not able to accomidate a date that is not a national holiday, the day prior or a day after a national holiday or has to cancel the owner of the voucher is entitled to a full refund.
Upon purchase of the voucher a physical copy will be shipped within two business days and a digital copy also sent within two business days. The national postal operator will be the carrier unless the buyer elects another carrier on their own expense.
